Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Renea AI, the AI narration studio.
1Your content and rights
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading a manuscript you confirm that you own it or hold the rights necessary to create an audiobook from it, and you grant Renea AI a limited licence to process it solely to produce your audio and deliver it to you. You are responsible for the content you upload; do not upload material you don't have the rights to.
2Acceptable use
Don't use Renea AI to infringe copyright, produce unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content, impersonate a real person's voice without consent, or attempt to disrupt the service. The free preview is a one-time trial: creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free credits, or automating sign-ups and generation, is prohibited. When we detect likely abuse we may require email or payment verification, limit or withhold further free credits, or suspend the account — you can appeal any such decision. We may suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms.
3Plans, quota, and billing
Paid plans grant a monthly credit budget. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Credits are consumed when audio is produced and are not transferable between periods. Upload file-size limits scale with your plan.
4Storage and retention
On the Free plan, generated audio is retained for 60 days after a render, after which the audio files are automatically removed to manage storage. Your manuscripts, project settings, and render history are kept, and you can re-render at any time. Paid plans retain generated audio for the life of the account. Deleting a project or your account removes the associated files from storage.
5Voices
Renea AI provides stock AI narrator voices for your use in producing audiobooks. Voice cloning of a specific real person is not offered on the public service.
6Availability and liability
Renea AI is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
7Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your manuscripts and generated audio. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8Copyright complaints
We respond to valid copyright notices. See our reporting page to submit a notice.
