Does the learner need to install anything?
No. The simulation runs on our servers and shows up in the browser. The learner opens a link and lets the browser use their microphone. A normal laptop is enough.
Can the characters say anything they like?
No, and that's on purpose. Each character has a set role, only knows what you've approved, and has clear rules about what it can do and when to hand things on. They can't do anything the scenario doesn't allow, and they don't decide whether a learner passed.
Are we locked into your AI models and voices?
No. By default, characters use Renea's own voices and AI. That's what lets us keep transcripts, hold characters to their rules and score the conversation, because it all happens on our side. If you'd rather use your own AI provider, contract or custom model, a project can be set up to use it. Before you choose that, we'll tell you exactly which measurements get weaker.
Can simulations use our internal documentation?
Yes. Your procedures, policies, scripts and training material can shape what characters say, so their answers match the way you do things. Everything that goes in is reviewed and approved before a learner sees it.
Can Renea recreate our workplace?
We build a place that matches the parts the scenario depends on, like the equipment, the layout, the signs and the spots a learner has to find. We don't build a whole site automatically from a floor plan, and we'll tell you up front what's worth building and what isn't.
What can it measure?
Which goals were met, what the learner decided and in what order, what they said and how they said it, safety mistakes, hints asked for, which way the scenario went and how long it took. Each one links back to the moment in the session, so you can see why someone got their score.
Does this replace our LMS?
No. It sits alongside it. Your LMS keeps the course list, the records and the compliance reports. The simulation is where the learner shows they can actually do the job.
Can it connect to our LMS?
Results are designed to be exported, so completions and scores can go into the system you already use. How that connection works is agreed for each pilot. We don't promise it as a switch you flip.
What is included in a pilot?
One scenario, one location, one to three characters, spoken conversation, goals and branching, reports on how people did, and private access in the browser. We also go through rounds of review with your team to get the scenario right.
What doesn't it do?
We don't build a whole workplace from a document you upload. We can't promise a perfect copy of your site from a floor plan. Characters play set roles. They aren't AI employees acting on their own. Scoring follows criteria you set and approve. Characters take a moment to reply, and we design scenarios with that in mind. How many people can be in a session at the same time is limited, and agreed for each pilot.
